Pest control for every kind of business
We work with food businesses, shops, offices, warehouses, schools, care homes, landlords, letting agents and managing agents across Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bromley, Bexley and nearby parts of Kent. Whether you have a one-off mouse problem in a stock room or need regular visits to protect a busy kitchen, we start with an inspection and agree a plan before work begins.
What we deal with
- Rats and mice in kitchens, stores, basements, bin areas and ceiling voids
- German and Oriental cockroaches in commercial kitchens and service ducts
- Flies, including fruit flies and drain flies, in food areas
- Stored product insects in dry goods stores
- Pigeons and gulls on roofs, signs, canopies and loading bays
- Wasp nests near entrances, beer gardens and outdoor seating
- Bed bugs in hotels, hostels and HMOs
How commercial pest control works
- Survey. We inspect the premises, find activity, entry points and the conditions that are helping pests, and talk to the people who work there.
- Treatment. We use the right method for the pest and the site, such as tamper-resistant bait stations, traps, gel baits or insecticides applied where pests hide, not where food is prepared.
- Proofing and advice. We seal gaps, fit door brushes and mesh where needed, and give practical housekeeping and waste advice.
- Follow-up and records. We return to check results and leave a written report of what we found and did, which you can keep for inspections and audits.
Records for inspections
Environmental Health Officers, auditors and insurers expect food businesses to show that pests are controlled. Our visit reports record the date, findings, treatments, products used, recommendations and follow-ups. Keep them with your food safety management system, such as Safer Food, Better Business.
One-off visits or a contract
Many businesses call us when something goes wrong. Others prefer scheduled visits so problems are caught early. See pest control contracts for how regular visits work, or book a one-off visit at our standard visit price of £90.

Do you work outside normal hours?
We can often arrange early morning visits for food businesses so treatments happen before service. Ask when you book.
Will you leave a report?
Yes. Every commercial visit includes a written record of findings, treatments and recommendations for your files.
Can you help after a poor food hygiene inspection?
Yes. We can inspect, treat, proof and document the work so you can show the Environmental Health Officer what has been done.
Do you cover chains or several sites?
Yes. We can visit several sites across South London and keep reports for each one.
