Bookings
A booking request on this website is a request for a visit. It becomes confirmed when we confirm the date and time with you by phone or email.
Prices
The price shown on the booking form is for a standard visit. Where your problem needs more work, such as follow-up visits, proofing or access equipment, we explain what is involved and agree it with you before continuing.
Access and preparation
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is present, that we can reach the affected areas, and that you follow any preparation instructions we give you. Treatment may be less effective if preparation and aftercare advice are not followed.
Safety
Please tell us about children, pets, pregnancy, allergies and health conditions in the property. Do not touch or move bait stations or traps, and follow any instructions about keeping people and pets out of treated areas.
