What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address and postcode, your preferred date and time, and the details you type in the message box.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange and carry out your visit, contact you about it, take payment, keep business records and meet our legal obligations. Booking and enquiry details are stored in our booking and customer management system.
Payments
Where payment is taken online it is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our booking system, email and payment providers, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and job records for as long as we need them for the service, our accounts and legal obligations, and then delete them.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
