Our standard visit
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard pest control visit (homes) | £90 |
| Follow-up visits, proofing and larger jobs | Quoted and agreed before work continues |
| Commercial contracts and blocks of flats | Quoted after a survey |
A standard visit covers a visit to inspect the problem and begin treatment where appropriate. Many pest problems are solved within that visit or with a small number of follow-ups. Where more work is needed, such as several follow-up visits, proofing, access equipment or treating a large property, we explain exactly what is involved and agree the price with you before we continue.

Payment
We confirm your booking by phone or email. Payment details are explained when we confirm. We will never add extra work to your bill without agreeing it first.
Landlords, agents and businesses
We can invoice landlords and letting agents directly, and provide written reports. For restaurants, shops, offices and blocks of flats, we quote after a survey. See commercial pest control.
